In 2014, the Foundation's support allowed the creation of DiversiCom (purchase of equipment, communication, etc.). It has since then covered the costs that cannot be covered by other sources, such as personnel and operating costs, representation costs, etc.
The key objectives and priorities for 2016 are as follows :
- Recruit an additional employee during the course of 2016 to meet the growing demand. At this point, DiversiCom supports 80 candidates and advises 27 businesses. However, at the current time it has to refuse new applications for support due to the lack of HR resources;
- Strengthen the business consulting activity, which generates sufficient revenue to cover at least 25 to 30% of the needs.
